Whether you select to work on a contractual or tactical basis each of our customer accounts is managed by a dedicated and experienced Client Service Manager. These individuals work closely with the client to fully understand their business objectives, control budgets and offer relevant expertise and opportunity. A Client Service Director oversees the entire operation, ensuring agreed KPIs and SLAs are being met and the requirements and obligations of BridgeCom Field Marketing are being fulfilled.

Training

BridgeCom Field Marketing's in-store trainers ensure your product messages are clearly understood and most importantly, remembered. They understand the value of personal communication and relationship building. They have the ability to instill enthusiasm and passion upon sales staff. By combining the use of written copy, video, presentations and hands-on experiences our Trainers build staff knowledge from the ground up. By supporting stores in creating solid foundations of knowledge, the staff are able to fully grasp specific brand concepts and technologies. The value of supporting stores in a holistic manner does not go unnoticed and in itself reaps greater rewards.

Merchandising

In a fast paced retail environment correct product position and point of sale are key factors to achieve sales targets. To ensure retail compliance of FSDU and product position BridgeCom Field Marketing have teams of merchandisers which are strategically chosen due to location and experience who ensure clients products and point of sale are displayed correctly, install ad-hoc point of sale items to increase customer awareness, where possible increase share of voice, accurately record and take photographic detail required by clients. This has a direct positive affect upon store sales through prominent positioning of POS and FSDU's and further increases indirect product sales through customer awareness.

Sales

BridgeCom Field Marketing provides in-store sales brand ambassadors, these ambassadors operate on the shop floor with the aim of influencing additional sales of clients' products, they integrate themselves within the in-store teams and they raise general consumer awareness of clients' products on an on-going basis through demonstrations and consultative selling. They also report sales and competitor information back to clients and train store staff.

Promotional

BridgeCom Field Marketing provide promotional staff to support events and in-store activities they promote clients' new or existing products by creating brand awareness through engaging members of public with product demonstrations and training, whilst creating a theatre atmosphere which brings our clients products to life, promotional staff focus on driving awareness and engaging with the general public to show case clients products.

Reporting and ROI

With the use of GPRS devices data can be collected and delivered in 'real time' providing the user with up to the minute information upon which strategic decisions can be made. Online access to Dynamic Reporting questionnaires means all BridgeCom staff, whether tactical or permanent can accurately upload information in a timely fashion allowing you to benefit from the greatest return on your investment. BridgeCom operates a dedicated field marketing data administration department focused on turning raw data collected by field teams into useable information. This department has access to industry-wide data which it uses for comparison analysis, ensuring that the information we provide our clients enable them to make decisions that drive sales.

Tactical Operations

The Tactical Operations function is a dedicated resource with the sole aim of managing field marketing activities on behalf of clients. The operation is well placed to provide tactical (ongoing temp or ad-hoc) and strategic activities ranging from one to thousands of store visits via an efficient and cost effective approach, all supported by our in- house Tactical Booking System and Dynamic reporting.

Each activity, regardless of size, is managed by a dedicated Client Account Manager with whom the customer will have regular communications. Our experienced Tactical Operations Manager has a holistic view of the department and ensures standards are maintained and agreed KPI targets are met.
